This is a beautiful fruit salad for every day or for your holiday table. It's quick, easy, and wonderfully healthy.
Ingredients
5 navel oranges, peeled and cut crosswise into rounds (keep the zest)
4 grapefruits, peeled and cut into segments
3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup mint leaves for garnish
Directions
Layer the orange slices and grapefruit segments in alternating rows on a pretty platter. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with just a bit of 100% maple syrup. Top with curls of orange zest. Garnish with mint if desired.
Serve this salad immediately for best results.
